摘要：背肌筋膜炎是以背部僵硬、疼痛和活动受限为主要症状的临床常见病、多发病，临床多采用推拿、针灸、理疗、封闭等方法治疗，效果不一。笔者运用“菱五针”埋线针刀治疗背肌筋膜炎，取得了良好的疗效，本文介绍了具体定点操作方法及操作技巧。
